What should you wear?
Something loose-fitting and comfortable that stretches when you do.
A pair of socks with non-slip soles can be useful.
What should you bring?
Exercises executed from the floor using the original Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Courses range from Beginner to Advanced.
A combination of moves taught with the use of a flexiband to tone the upper and lower limbs and improve flexibility.
Exercises performed with the aid of a roller which increases the challenge and releases tension.
Ante-Natal and Post-Natal Exercises
Specially designed movements to retain strength whilst caring for your baby plus movements to get you back into your pre-pregnancy clothes in no time. Always consult your GP before embarking on any exercise programme.
A water-based activity that can only be taught at venues with pools or, if you have your own pool, in a one-to-one small-group class. Using the water for resistance challenges the body’s core stability as well as providing a cardiovascular workout. Particularly beneficial when used as part of a rehab. programme.
